Waltham Gold Filled Open-Face Pocket Watch Made in USA - 1902
DIAL: The white enamel dial has black Arabic numerals with outer minute divisions. The dial has blued hands and a sunken subsidiary second’s dial at the six. The dial is signed Waltham with a 'Sacred Heart' painted at the two/three position.
MOVEMENT: The high quality, beautifully decorated, fully jewelled anchor movement is signed “AWW Co, Waltham Mass, 15 Jewels” and the serial number is 11562818. The movement has a star high regulator as seen in high-quality watch movements - with a compensated balance and regulator. The movement is in great working condition, as it has just been serviced by my watchmaker and keeps excellent time. However, we cannot guarantee accuracy for an antique watch.
CASE: The watch lies in a gold-filled open face case with a perfectly smooth finish. The inner side of the case is stamped “HB Trademark U.S.A” and numbered 1704695.
